Problems with Placing Order... Try this first!
There are a couple of requirements on the Exell Battery website (http://www.exellbattery.com/) which must be met in order to successfully an order for a battery:
1. You must have Cookies enabled. The website tracks each visitor who has product in their shopping cart using several Session variables, which are created when the visitor first visits the website. Cookies must be enabled so we know who is who. Cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer 5.x via the Tools, Internet Options, Security tab. In IE 6.x use the Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab. Ensure that session cookies and First-party cookies are enabled. You may also use the Prompt feature to see what information is being stored.

2. On the shipping page, you will see pictures of a UPS truck, and two planes representing the three shipping methods we offer. Click on the picture of the shipping method in order to select your shipping method. If these two solutions do not work for your circumstance, please write email to me detailing what product you are trying to order, the version of the software you are using to browse the Internet, and your operating system platform.
